Pierre Legrand leads PwC’s South East Asia Digital Services & Technology Consulting practices. He has over 24 years business and technology experience having held leadership roles in Industry and currently leads Consulting engagements across the financial services, resources and mining, telecommunications, media, retail, airline, and various other industries.
Pierre currently leads a team of over 300 professionals across six countries who deliver Digital, Cyber, Analytics, Cloud Application, Automation, Emerging Technology, and Enterprise Architecture solutions. He is the Chief Technologist for PwC Consulting across the South East Asia region. In this key role, Pierre is utilized as an expert in execution and thought leadership for the firm across all industries with PwC’s major clients regionally and globally.
Having joined PwC over 8 years ago, Pierre is usually engaged for his first-hand industry and consulting experience in setting key technology and business strategies, first-hand experience in the inception and execution of major transformational change, and his experience acting as accountable executive for large scale change programs and acquisitions. Pierre also has deep experience running 24/7 IT operations within a global financial services company.
Pierre joined PwC from Barclays Bank PLC in 2010 after having spent 8 years in various senior technology roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hofstra University in New York, USA. He has also studied French Language and Literature at La Sorbonne in Paris, and has attended Executive courses at INSEAD and the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
